Author of From Nothing to Now: Leadership Lived, I am a healthcare executive, educator, speaker, and leadership practitioner with more than 20 years of experience spanning medical management, organizational leadership, non-profit development, and education.
As Group Chief Executive Officer within an international healthcare ecosystem, I lead strategic growth initiatives, business development, acquisitions, and organizational transformation across multiple healthcare enterprises. My work focuses on building sustainable organizations, identifying opportunities for growth, and creating long-term value through strong leadership and innovation.
Alongside my executive responsibilities, I remain deeply committed to leadership development and professional training, equipping individuals and organizations with practical tools to lead effectively in an increasingly complex world.
A particular passion of mine is helping non-profit organizations move beyond basic service delivery to become mission-driven, sustainable, and high-impact organizations. I believe that when non-profits embrace strategic leadership, sound governance, and operational excellence, they are better positioned to create meaningful change and ensure support reaches those who need it most.
Whether through executive leadership, consulting, training, or writing, my mission is simple: to help people and organizations grow, lead with purpose, and create lasting impact.

Fondly known as ‘Aliyah, she is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of expertise in change management, strategic planning, branding, PR, mentoring, and fundraising. Driven by a deep commitment to humanitarian causes and education, she spearheads impactful initiatives both in Malaysia and globally.
Currently, ‘Aliyah serves as the Group CEO at Life Care International Medical, where she leads Dialysis Management with a focus on corporate restructuring.
She is also the co-founder and driving force behind Yayasan Health on World (YHOW) and offers her advisory expertise to A Leap Of Faith (ALOF), a foundation she established for a group of friends. Her entrepreneurial success is further demonstrated through her leadership in founding ABA Resources, ABA Luka Care, and AKRAB Resources.
Dato’ ‘Aliyah holds a Doctorate in Management, alongside an Honoured Ph.D. from the International Royal Academy, and has earned an MBA in HR Management from Nottingham Trent University, UK, as well as a degree in Public Relations from IPRM. She is a certified trainer recognized in both the US and Malaysia and continues to share her expertise through training when the opportunity arises. Her remarkable achievements have earned her numerous accolades, including Woman’s Icon Malaysia, Inspiring Woman of Malaysia, Oxford Manager of the Year 2018, and several Women’s Leadership Awards. Known as the “Pay It Forward Lady,” she was appointed Global Goodwill Ambassador for Malaysia in 2020.
As an educator, ‘Aliyah serves as an Adjunct Professor at UNITAR International, a member of the Community of Practitioners (COP) at UPM, and a panelist for the Higher Education Leadership Academy (AKEPT). She is also an active advocate for DEI and ESG principles, promoting their significance in today’s rapidly evolving global landscape.
